In 2019, LGA was the first company in Nevada to receive a JUST label from the International Living Future Institute. JUST measures the corporate social justice of a firm and provides metrics to help improve social equity and employee engagement. Diversity, safety, worker benefits, equity and stewardship are all considered when making a JUST determination.
