Marshall Retail Group, America’s largest, independent specialty retailer in the casino-resort and airport marketplace, needed a new website. They wanted one where you could easily search by brand, type of store and location, as well as by casino and airport. Because they have over 160 stores nationwide and in Canada, we had to think about simplicity and logic. How were people going to search? What were they going to look for? The people looking at the website were primarily those who wanted to create a store in a particular location. We figured out a way to get them to the information they needed quickly and efficiently.
